Description of Responsibilities:

For almost 100 years, we have been providing services that include family strengthening, refugee resettlement, emergency housing and shelters, aging and adult, adoption and foster care, substance abuse treatment, behavioral health services and advocacy.

As Director of Donor Engagement, you would be responsible for oversight of the annual campaign, the major gifts program as well as donor engagement and recognition. Other duties include: - Helping donors fulfill their passions and interests through giving to Catholic Family Center - Oversight/supervision of the Mission Advancement Specialist ensuring data in entered accurately and donor are thanked in a timely and appropriate way

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years donor engagement experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
  • Experience with donor database software (preferably Raiser's Edge).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Knowledge of tax laws that impact charitable giving, personal assets and estates.
