As a Recruiting Manager at JK Executive Strategies, Lauren Dlugosh has a passion for connecting extraordinary individuals with thriving organizations. Lauren draws from her experience to bring a creative perspective to the development of innovative strategies and inspires workplace transformation with her diverse background in nonprofits and higher education.

Most recently, Lauren worked with an executive search firm based in Washington, D.C., where she led national executive and professional searches for higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations.  Some of her clients have been Stony Brook University, Catholic Charities of Baltimore, University of San Diego, Syracuse University, University of Texas San Antonio, University of Massachusetts Amherst, Yeshiva University, and several others.  Her past experiences include working at the American Cancer Society and the University of Rochester, enhancing her skills in planning and executing fundraising strategies and events, board and volunteer management, operational improvement, and much more.

Lauren is a graduate of Medaille College with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. In addition to her professional experience, Lauren is an active community leader and serves as the Chair for the Villa of Hope’s Young Professional Board in Rochester, N.Y.  and committee member of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, an establishment of University of Rochester Medical Center.  

Lauren loves traveling and being outside.  Most days she can be found running around Rochester (literally) or hiking with her dog, Allen.
