AFP Genesee Valley's Job Posting Service allows you to target your job position listing to exactly the people you want to reach – leaders with strong nonprofit management and development skills. Our posting service can help you find the perfect candidate.

Once your posting has been reviewed by our team, notification of your job posting will be emailed to our robust email list of over 2,300 local leaders. Job postings are placed on our website within one to two business days and shared via email and social media once per week each. In addition, your posting will be listed on our website and promoted to our social media network of over ~1,500 talented professionals. 

Job Posting Guidelines

  • Only one job posting per submission. Job postings will be active for 60 days. 
  • Quantity discounts are available for organizations who want to purchase three or more postings. Pre-purchased postings do not expire. Please email [email protected] for more information.
  • All postings remain active on AFP Genesee Valley’s website for the posting period unless removed at request. There is no pro-rated refund for early removal.
  • To remain in line with New York State labor law and AFP’s commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and access, salary ranges are required for all job postings.
  • By submitting a job posting position on the AFPGV website, you agree that the job adheres to the AFP Code of Ethical Principles and Standards.
  • Job postings are available to all job seekers, not just members of AFPGV. Organizations with active individual or organizational membership status will receive a member rate for postings.

Pricing Structure
AFP Member: $300
Non-Member: $365

Professional Recruiters: A professional recruiter can use the AFP Job Posting Service on behalf of their client. The recruiter gets the same pricing, discounts, and services as previously described for the member or non-member category.
